Help us to ensure no child goes without a gift this Christmas
YorkMix and ASDA Monks Cross have got together to help ensure that no child wakes up on Christmas Day without a gift.
We know that Christmas can be a difficult time for many. We want to do our bit to help by collecting and distributing toys to children across York and North Yorkshire who otherwise might not receive a gift.
You can drop off a new, unwrapped toy at our collection point at ASDA Monks Cross. From their our festive elves will collect the toys and make sure they get to the children who need them most.
We’re collecting for children of all ages and we accept gifts ranging from toys and teddies to cosmetics and perfumes for older teenagers.
If you wish to organise your own collecting then of course we’d love you to join in, all we ask is that you ensure your collection is brought to ASDA by the 12th of December so that we can start distributing the gifts.
